RATES:

TRAVEL / FITTING / DOWN DAY FEE: $250-20% per day

ADULT SESSION RATE: $45/per hour-20% guaranteed 8 hours. Hours 9-10 will be OT x1.5 (if applicable).

ADULT USAGE RATE: $5,000-20% to include the below term, territory, media, and 1 year of exclusivity. Guaranteed at time of booking.

MINORS SESSION RATE: $45/per hour-20% per max time allowed on set. Hours 9-10 will be OT x1.5 (if applicable).

MINORS USAGE RATE: $3,500-20% to include the below term, territory, media, and 1 year of exclusivity. Guaranteed at time of booking.

EXCLUSIVITY OPTION: $2,000-20% per year after year 1

TERRITORY: Worldwide TERM: Five years from first airing, posting, or insertion. 1 year exclusivity. MEDIA: Broadcast/TV (inclusion free television, basic cable television, subscription television and hotel-motel exhibition, satellite). CTV Broadcast, Commercial spot to a consumer’s in-home TV or local storage device, e.g., the hard drive of a consumer’s computer or mobile device), Cinema (i.e., pre-movie trailers), Industrial (including onboard; internal meetings; award shows; cruise port terminals; trade shows; public exhibition, conventions and events at which Licensee is a sponsor or attendee; Jumbotrons and in-stadium jumbo screens) and Digital/Print Still Image use, including OOH. For all video footage and print images. Historical and archival use.

EXCLUSIVITY: Cruise Exclusivity *Talent may use the Materials, as defined herein, for self-promotional purposes only as a part of their portfolio, subject to Client’s prior written approval.

- Talent should not have any Cruise Ship priors.

- Travel will be covered (flight + hotel + ground transportation + per diem)

- Talent must have a valid passport that does not expire within 6 months of travel date.

- Talent must be able to swim (for activities that may involve water).

- Talent should be open to all sorts of physical activities that are offered on our ships. They should be open to

swimming, boogieboarding, rock climbing, ziplining, etc. (Must not have a fear of heights.)

- WATER, WATER EVERYWHERE: Talent absolutely must be strong swimmers. We’ll be in many types of

swimming areas, from messing around in shallow areas of the ocean, to swimming in the deep end of the pool.

It’lL be fun, but they need to be 100% comfortable in the water – we’ll be wet most of the time!

- FIT FOR THE JOB: Talent should be fit enough to withstand swimming and wadding in the water, able to climb

stairs over and over again in our multi- level spaces, jump, run, all the things without tiring. They don’t need to be

athletes, but they do need to be reasonably fit.

- UP FOR ANYTHING: For the success of the shoot we need everyone to be able to try everything. We will ask

them to do things over and over. It'll be fun. But it'll be work. A good attitude is the key!

REAL BLONDE & REDHEAD FAMILIES WITH KIDS AGE 6-12 - All talent must be able to show swimming skill level via self tape! - No large or prominent tattoos or artificial hair colors (pink, purple, blue, etc.) - Must have valid passport that does not expire within 6 months of travel date. - Talent must be NON UNION.

Wardrobe

WARDROBE: Bathing suits! Men - no shirts Women - bikini is preferred but 1 piece ok! Kids - any bathing suit you like!
