FITTING DATE: December 8th, 4hrs

SHOOT DATE: December 9th, 10hrs

Fitting: $200 –20% not to exceed 4 hours

Fitting OT: $50/hr -20%

Session: up to 10-hour day @ $500-20%

Session OT: 10-12 hours $68.19 per hour / 12+ hours $90.91 per hour -20%

Buyout: $3,500 -20% (one-time buyout payment made if talent appears in final materials)

USAGE:

Term: 1 year from first air date. In-Perpetuity archival use for client/agency YouTube and social media sites (creative to naturally move down the queue, and will not be renewed without prior negotiation)

Territory: North America and US territories and commonwealths

Media: all media - BROADCAST TV/CTV/OLV/Digital/Social/Industrial/PR/BTS

Exclusivity: QSR (Quick Service Restaurants) - McDonald’s, Jack in the Box, Wendy’s, In & Out Burger, Five Guys, Arby’s, Culvers, Sonics, Checker’s, Carl’s Jr

Renewal Option: Additional (1) year at 110%-20% agent fee – same materials, media and territory apply
