BREAST CANCER PHARMA CASTING
Project Synopsis
Casting non-union African American, Latina and Multi-Ethnic women (ages 45-65) who wear APPAREL SIZES 14-18.
They will be portraying Breast Cancer patients. We are not specifically casting actual patients/ survivors, however, we are happy to consider individuals who have a personal connection to Metastatic Breast Cancer.
They are emotive and able to demonstrate a positive outlook, while also conveying determination and empowerment.

USAGE:
Exclusivity Category (to begin upon the Effective Date) in the area of Oncology
2 years Global from date of first public distribution of Produced Materials.
Talent will be incorporated into an environment created in Ai/CGI/VFX and must agree to be incorporated into a campaign that leverages Ai components. Ai will not be utilized on the talent or their likeness.
Non-speaking, no VO, no music.
Unlimited number of advertising materials, including unlimited edits, lifts, revisions, and versions (including translations).
(i) All radio and streaming audio use
(ii) All internet (including, but not limited to electronic and digital media (paid and unpaid);
(iii) All forms of new media (including, but not limited to use within apps, mobile, podcasts, OTT/Streaming);
(iv) All forms of industrial (including, but not limited to, In-Cinema, Dealerships, In-Stadium, Tradeshows);
(v) All forms of print (including, but not limited to, posters, billboards, out-of-home, collateral (direct mail, promotions, point-of-sale, retail, dealerships) and brochure);
(vi) All forms of PR (Client and Agency);
(vii) BTS Behind-The-Scenes (BTS) video or stills;
(viii) Internal, archival and non-advertising purposes (including but not limited to self-promotion,
archival/educational use and advertising awards competitions by Client and Agency without time restriction).
(ix) Excludes CTV and Broadcast use
*****180 Day exclusivity holding fee of $600 - 20%, guaranteed. Talent would refrain from doing any competitive work in the area of Oncology for 180 days from November 1st, 2025 to May 1st, 2026.
Project Rate / Payment Summary
TRAVEL STIPEND: $1,500-20% flat will be reimbursed to accommodate flights, hotel and ground for talent travelling to the shoot location. No travel time.
FITTING FEE: $250 - 20% flat to include approx. 3 hours
SESSION FEE: $4,000 - 20% to include one 10 hour shoot day.
If the shoot take place in New York, session fees will broken out as follows:
Session @ $363.60 per hour - 20% x 8 hours
Overtime @ $545.60 - 20% per hour x 2 hours guaranteed
Total session rate + OT @ $4,000 -20% per shoot day
USAGE FEE: $10,000 - 20%, guaranteed
Work Requirements
