Shoot Location: Dallas, TX. Local Hire. STILLS shoot with BTS Motion/Internal Use Duration/Term: 5 years. Territory: Worldwide Number of images allowed for use: All images shot, including outtakes not used in the final selects edit/retouching Media: Unlimited, unrestricted use in all trade magazines and newspapers; all collateral, including but not limited to direct mail, posters and brochures (either mailed or hand delivered to HCPs); all electronic media Motion Use: BTS Motion/Internal Use. Video for internal client use only. No Broadcast. Talent fees do not include broadcast usage. Rates include the above usage for motion and stills.

This global campaign shines a light on the small but powerful ways we can make a difference—by raising awareness and encouraging vaccination. Your participation will help bring to life the emotional truth that protecting even one child means protecting a whole future. NOTE - Final images may be retouched to show the devastating effects that people with meningococcal disease may experience, such as amputation and scarring. For the roles that have a fitting talent must attend on one of these dates. Talent Fees:
Toddler Session $750-20%. Talent Fees: Toddler Usage $2,000-20%. ***Usage not Guaranteed for Toddlers - we will book 6 backups for a session fee*** Fitting is required for Hero Toddlers, but not for backups. Talent Fees: Fitting $300-20%. Fittings will take 2-3/hrs.
Adolescent and Adults Session $750-20%. Talent Fees: Adolescent and Adults Usage $3,000-20%. Guaranteed on booking. Fitting is required. Talent Fees: Fitting $300-20%. Fittings will take 2-3/hrs.
